Spam text, will not stop

This asshat will not stop texting me! After texting back nicely, then less nicely, then outright angry NOT TO TEXT me, they keep doing it!

how can we make him stop??? seriously, his message is rude and arrogant and i want to punch him if i ever get to meet him.  i imagine he looks like a douche and is a wannabe jersey shore [***].

Same thing and I have my number on the do not call registry.  There needs to be the same thing for texts
