I received the one ring from this number. But, what do you mean by option 2, DNC? Would you please explain to me?

I received a phone call from this number today on my cell phone. They hung up after one ring, so I called the number back. They wanted my name birth year and credit card information, so they could give me a $100 gift card.

SCAMMER!!! Answered call and they said I had won all these gift cards and I needed to pay shipping. Wanted my credit card number. An obvious scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD NUMBER! If you really win something they will ship it to you for FREE!!!
