When they call me and I answer there is no one there. It is if I call back to see who was calling that they give me option #1 to speak to a CR or #2 to be added to their Do Not Call List. If I press #1 there is always a recorded message telling me that "Due to high call volumn there is no Customer Representative available, please choose another option". Seems like this is a never ending situation.
