This caller messaged me knowing my name and said we use to talk. They said their name is Edwin, but I can call them Eddie. They mentioned loosing their phone sometime ago and finding it and came across my name and picture in their contacts. He said we use to talk awhile ago, but I have no idea who this person is. He sent me a picture and he doesn't look familiar.
