7 calls in the past two days. They will call every 10 minutes. No one is on the other end of the line 6 out of 7 times. The one time someone answered it was "Gabriel" claiming to be from a "US Government Department of Financial Aid" trying to enroll me in an award program to get "free money". Guaranteed [***] call. You can't call the number back, it says that call cannot be completed as dialed, with or without a 1 in front of it. I'd really like to tell them exactly where, when, and how they can screw themselves and their "award" and also remind them of what common household goods they can conveniently use to do so in a vigorous and repeated fashion.
