A "survey company" sent out a robocall - in violation of FCC regulations, the call DID NOT disconnect when I hung up - it just kept going, & going, & going.  Caller ID said from Rutherford, NJ.  Calling the number back gets you to a robotic voice mail box to leave a message with any "questions or concerns" - didn't identify the polling company, which I'm not sure they had named with the original robocall.
