Unknown caller

Same as everyone else. Rutherford,NJ comes up on the caller id and they do not leave a message. I get calls like this at least 10 times a day now! My number is unlisted and yet these calls come through now!

I am getting calls EVERY day, several times a day. I have answered a few times and no one says anything and then they hang up. When I miss the call or don't answer they never leave a voice mail.  The most irritating part of this is that they are calling my cell phone number. The number of calls has crossed over into harassment at this point.
