Several calls a day from some call center abroad.  They never remove from list and call almost every day.  They used to all be names "Sam" but now I get different names.

Got a call from this number.  They stated they were from Verizon Wireless.  I called Verizon to report this - to find out if it was really from them or not.  They said they would investigate the matter.
