I have no outstanding bills, and I never give this number out (websites, etc). My ex has many outstanding bills, and most unwanted calls are about her. They never leave a message, and when I call it, its a fast busy. This is just the next in a long list of numbers, I turn them into the FCC, and 2 days later, its a new number.
