I black listed the # so they would be blocked but as soon as they know they are black listed they call from another #. All #s are the same except the last 4 and they always come in sinquence. like it started with 0997, then the next was 0998, 0999, 1000. And now they are up to 1003. They never leave a vm. I answered once and when I asked who was calling they hung up.
