This number is a scam pretending to be a Microsoft Technical Department from Washington, USA selling antivirus packages.  Very smooth and knowledgable.  I called Microsoft who assured me they would never phone.  They are available if you phone them.  Furthermore, they sold me protection that was legitimate but happens to be free!  Just hang up!  If you engage in conversation with these people and give them any information, you will spend the next day cancelling all your credit cards!
