I answered the call and they say I got sa payday loan and they want their money.
Well they didn't like it when I told them I never recieved the payday loan because when I read the small print I chose not to complete the transaction. Also the way that it works on a payday loan is when they put the money in your account you authorize them to take out the loan and the interest in 1 lump sum. Thats how it works. Also They have taken out the amount of the loan that I never recieved. I have been called several times with a message to call Davy jones (how original) .The guy that is calling me now is Ron Baxter representing the payday loan company thru MacKenzie Law associates in San Diego . When I told them they were a scam Ron Baxter got rude and told me I was a scam and hung up on me. If you get a call from 201-331-6360 DO NOT ANSWER IT!! They are scammers and they represent themselves as attorneys at the MacKenzie Law associates .

SPAM phone call. No message left. When I called back, female operator picked up identifying herself by name only.

they called and left message saying that "this is McKenzie Law office and to call back immediately regarding a very serious matter, never left a number, tried to call the number back they called me on and just got a busy signal.

Has been calling me for 2 weeks almost every day. Has never left message. I never picked up.
