Got a call from this number on December 2, 2015 stating they were going to refund money to me from a computer security software that I purchased from them which is just a way for them to get into your computer and do damage to it and you. which I had.  They learn enough about you to make you believe they are legit.  But instead of refunding your money, they take more because you were naïve and wanting your money back.  They use Western Union as their alloy to do their fraud; except Western Union doesn't know it.  Then because you were naïve and used your bank card thinking your money would be put back into your account, you get taken again and Western Union denies your claim.
