These people keep calling but never say what debt they are calling about. I believe they call under different phone numbers and Co. names (Palisades for instance). I only owe one debt and it is under dispute directly with the loan people. I would not respond tho debt collectors like this as them are shady - go directly to who you owe the money to.

This number calls for someone who no longer lives here!  They give a toll free number and case number tocall back on then you can remove the number, howrever when you press this option, there is no confirmation or any response!  How do I get them to stop calling here!

Got a call, did an internet search and learned the name given at the end of the crappy computerized message is not the suppsed lawyer doing the threatening, but the person they think they are collecting from.  Last time I checked I wasn't Gino Lopez, or maybe Gina, it was hard to tell... These people are stealing my cell phone minutes by doing this crap.  And my personal time, deleting voicemail I shouldn't have, probably for a debt that doesn't exist from what I've read elsewhere.  Still haven't seen a way to stop the calls though.

When I answer the message says it is a call for my husband's previous wife (who is deceased) and says it is regarding a debt.  There is a number to call back.  I called back to tell them to remove her name and it is actually advertising vacations and asks you to have your credit card ready to book your vacation.  Pressed 1 to speak to representative and was put on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered so I hung up.  They have called over 20 times in the last 3 days.

this came up as Asta Funding...  they are dirtbags that buy uncollectables  and they call my number and I do NOT have BAD DEBT....
