How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

Received a miss call.  Left a recorded message saying, "You have been pre-approved to lower your credit card interest rate of 6.99%.  This will be your final call."  LOL!  I highly doubt this will be my final call.

Card Services scam robo call. Final call to lower your interest rates. Lets see...... 2 to 3 calls per week for the last 12 months all saying this will be the final call.
