I received a robo call and then pressed one to talk to someone to remove my number from their list. When they answered it was card services. I said I had no credit cards. They immediately hung up. I would like to sue. I am on the do not call list. However the do not call list is phony. It was a way for the government to sell your phone number.

This number and a few others show up and I have tried to press 3 to get off their list and that doesn't work or press 1 to speak to a live person waited and no one answered. I have just blocked the number on my time warner phone.

Just got a call from 201-305-5031.  Automated voice saying its "card Services" .  My plan is about to expire and i can qualify for 1% interest, press button to speak with someone.  Hoax... I don't have a "plan" expiring.  Ignore!!!

Called and did not leave message.
