I've noticed that spam callers are getting away from the robotic computer voice, but this is definitely an interactive recording, not a real person. The cadence, timing, and repeated loop gives it away. Not sure what they're peddling, but its not the first time they've called and they're blocked now.

This number called me 4x over the past week.  Finally blocked it.

Called 6 times in the past week and never leave a message.
