They call at least once a day, answered once and they said it was collecting for a pay-day loan place.  We've never had a payday loan - scam.

Scam.  Fake collection agency targeting people.  Be careful and do not give any info.  Calls also from 844-202-1613.

Have been getting calls on my land line, for 2 weeks or so, from the 844-202-1613 number. A robot asks for my roommate and ask her to call in re a claim #. Found out it is a scam from outside the U.S. and they will threaten and steal if you fall for it. They call twice a day, every day. We don't answer and don't reply...just erase the voicemails.
Today the same call came in on my roommates CELL phone, but left the same message with the 201-292-8384 as a return number to call. Roommate called the 201 number because we live in the 201 area and she thought she would get someone to tell them to stop calling. Message on that line explains that the caller is a scammer and they spoofed this 201 number so that the real 201 guy shut the line down after reporting the calls to the "authorities". If the line is shut down then how do we get the message? The authorities?

I'm thinking the automated message part has not been shut down.  Just ignore.
