Jennifer from Progressive Business wanted to speak with someone in Payroll regarding tax information.  I asked if she were introducing her company, and she said they've worked with us in the past.  I put her on hold to consider whether to send her to the Tax Department, but she hung up a few seconds later.  Her firm is a publishing company that probably provides and overcharges for data which can be found on the Internet or gotten free from the government; have received several of these calls recently.
