Telemarketer offering gift card deal

Received call this morning from this number. Line was open, or at least there was no dial tone. Hello, hello, is anyone there. Of course not. They've responded to someone else answering before I did I would assume. A common occurence that costs me (and others) valuable time throughout their day trying to get things done others rely on them to get done.

got a missed call, no voicemail on 06/23/2012 6:45pm edt. called back and it was a customer care number but it didn't mention the company's name.
