Tired of this number calling me everyday!! Who do I need to call to take action!!!

This caller told me I must be old and senile if I didn't know if I had a certain credit card, which I don't, he then started to laugh and laugh and told me he could call me whenever and however many times he wanted to and I could do nothing about it, he was extremely rude and upset me greatly.  Can't something be done to stop this type of harassment????

I just got a call from these people and I didn't pick up. They left me voice mail with nothing on it. I tried complaining to the do not call registry, but they said that I couldn't file a complaint with this phone number because it hadn't been registered for 31 days. REALLY??

they keep calling  and i ask to stop they hang up.
