Be careful if you are a registered voter.  In WV the canidates running do not have to hold to the DNC list and can Robo call all hours day and night.  I heard it is like this in a lot of states as well.

I tried to register my complaint and it says this:

We are sorry, but we cannot accept your complaint. The number you entered, 201-267-5646, had not been registered for 31 days when you received the unwanted call.

Note: If your area code has recently been changed and you receive the message "Grace period has not expired" when you attempt to file a complaint, submit your complaint under your old area code.

Weird!!!

You must have put your own phone number in the field for the phone number you were logging the complaint about.

Received a call from them on a pre-paid cell phone that is on the do not call registry. I did not answer it and do not have any credit cards. I thank you for posting the complaint link. I don't know if it will do any good with this stupid companies but it's the squeeky wheel that gets the grease.

Filed a complaint at web address you suggested and received the following reply:

YOUR COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED

Do not call complaints will be entered into a secure online database available to civil and criminal law enforcement agencies. While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaint will help the agency investigate the company, and could lead to law enforcement action.

I wonder if anyone will investigate. Seems like a "pass the buck" answer.
