I also got an unauthorized charge on my cc acount yesterday (1/16) from Byersbooks.  When I called I got a message to either leave a message or email them.  I'm disputing this through the bank also.

Report the charge as "Fraudulent" not as a dispute. Have your bank cancel and reissue the card, otherwise you will be hit with more charges. A criminal enterprise has your full card data including the cvv2 security code. Your card is compromised and must be replaced:

I also had a charge from byersebooks in New Jersey.. phone number: 201-258-5600. They did not call me, but i saw the charge on my bank statement. Have never heard of them; I have blocked my card, and filed a fraud claim. I suggest everyone else do the same

This is a fraud linked to (among others) Site Services (Google their number: 1-888-590-9662). Do not phone these numbers since they may retain your phone number from their caller ID in order to use it in the future for some other fraud.
