This seems to be a recruiter for IT jobs.  In My case they get the numbers off Careerbuilder, Monster, and Dice.

Different recruiters will call but they have this title, same phone number, and different extensions:

Thanks.  Got a call from the same number; I'm a software guy so that makes sense.  Tried to look up the country code and it looked like Egypt, so of course I was wondering about that one and found this forum.

Very hard to understand the guy but he said he worked for Technologists which he said was a recruiting cvompany about the job i applied for.  i didnt apply for a job but am on Monster.

I get these calls and e-mails (about IT Project Mngt positions) all the time!  It's like recruiter SPAM.  I did speak with one one time and could NOT understand 2/3 of the words they were saying - I finally hung up.
