Caller stated that I had completed an online survey about car insurance & I informed him I did no such thing.  He admitted that it was a sales call.  I registered a complaint on the DoNotCall.gov website; this was the second call from them in the last week.

Cell phone rings one or twice a day from this number.  I answered and hung up as soon as I could tell it was a sales call.  Now have teh number blocked.
