He is associated with the company. It's HSBC customer service. It's also harassment what they do

THIS GUY FROM THIS NUMBER CALLS ME 4 TIMES A WEEK AND HARRASSES ME. He also makes rude noises into the phone and is generally very childish. how do i stop it?

my wife answered the call and some guy kept asking the same question, over and over again. she hung up.
