Says I have won a prize or something... it was hard to understand.

Saying I won a Visa Debit card and that I won $500.00 visa gift card.

I also received a call from this number but I did not answer.  When I attempted to call the number back I first got a busy signal, then a repetitive bell, the third time I was informed that my 'International Call Could Not Be Completed As Dialed'
