Caller claims that I visited an affiliate web site and in appreciation they want to send gift cards totaling $100. But; they want my name and $4.95 paid by credit card for shipping and handling. When I told the girl to take it out of the gift card she became verbally obnoxious and hung up. MARKED AS SPAM and FRAUD

Correct. Any request for an advance fee for a loan, gift, prize, lottery win, Government Grant, anything! is a scam. Every time. A request to use a cash wire transfer service (Western Union, MoneyPak, etc.) is also a scam. No real business uses this form of payment.
