They buy new phones and continue calling. So how do you stop that?

And even if your # is on a national no-call list, it's the scammer company's responsibility to check the list. Which, obviously, they won't.

+1 201-249-5413 left no message when I call back says if you received a call from this number will call back within the next day..if I think I received a call in error press 1 to add to do not call list...but doesn't say who they are to know...

NEVER call these numbers back. Some are a certain scam that works when you do call back. It links your number to an overseas prepaid phone. You will then get your next phone bill and it can be hundreds or thousands dollars. It happened to a neighbor of mine. And 99% of these calls do not come from within the US. They dial over the internet, so they can program the number to read whatever they want it too.

Just got a call from this #, did not leave a message so it's probably either a telemarketer, spam or a scam.
