damn phone rang at least 20 times. they must somehow bypass my answering machine that picks up on 6 rings. said "retention department" on caller id.

Just got call on land line. I did not answer and they left no message. That is a good sign that it is a telemarketer (scam) call. If it is important they should leave a message.

Just got called from here asked to be removed (again) from this list and the nasty woman said good luck with that and good luck with figuring out who I work for...WTH are we supposed to do???
