Call back and message says close to this ("Hello and thankyou for calling if you'ld liked to be placed on a do not call list please press 1 now )

Receive a call from this number at least once a week. I never answer it as it a number I don't recognize. No message is ever left. I refuse to answer it.

I answered, and they hung up. I called back and it asked me to press one if I wanted to be placed on their "do not call list". So I pressed one
