As reported by others, they hung up when I answered; no message.

I have had so many unwanted calls from this cell that they are rejected from now on. If it is not a local area code. They will be rejected. They are too scared to leave a message lest they be tracked down and wind up in trouble. IDIOTS will never learn to get a life so they will remain LOSERS until they die, which can't be too soon. No more will they get the time of day for wasting the battery life, which is far more important than their so-called life. When judgement day comes, they need to be punished to the maximum extent for this crap.
