Ignored it and they didn't leave any message.

Caller ID just said Customer Service

Called but they left no message.  Caller ID shows the call is made from Bayonne, NJ.

201-243-3361 - same - call - did not pick up - no message

Unknown call from robocall source.  Most calls come in with a city/state and a number that does not exist.  The ones that come from "Rachel" at Card member services" originate from a company owned by a guy named Pete Turpel in California.  He has been charged by the FTC for violating the do-not call act.  He has pled not guilty claiming someone (in his family) is using his company name without permission.  If I had a family member that was costing me thousands in defense lawyers and face 6-7 digit fines and jail time, I think he could get them to stop.  The company name is Sonkei Communications dba phone-on-hold

Thanks for the research work, Ron.  I got same junk call from 201-243-3365, but I assume it's the same source.
I will pursue this guy Pete Turpel in California
