I got a call from this number I do not know who it is

Phone # came up as a local number on my caller ID.  Same schtick as always, Officer Mark Thomas, who can barely speak English calling to talk to me or my attorney off record regarding a very important case.  Call back immediately and talk to his hotline # 201-234-8043.  Total BS.  They may have SSN, employer, and home address but can do nothing because all info was sold to them.  They are located in India!!!!!!
