I got a call from a guy calling himself Officer Steven Smith, he told me I needed to call him back or have my attorney call him back.  I thought it was just a prank and ignored the calls.  I got about 7 in a row. I called him and he went on with some bullcrap about I owed US National Bank 500.00. I knew I did not so I told him he was a lier and hung up.  Then he calls again and my daughter answers the phone and he tells her that I'm going to be arrested and we are in danger.  It took a lot of convincing for me to get my child to believe this was a scam.  The law was suppose to come pick me up he said in two days, Its been 60 and I'm still waiting for the law.  I dare he scare my child like this, he can kiss my double cheeks but when you mess with my child you have to pay.  He will pay, sooner or later, he will get whats due him.
EVERYONE BEWARE, DON'T SEND THIS DEVILS ANY MONEY.  TELL THEM TO SHOVE IT!.  Report them to the Police, FTC, BBB, Secret Service and your state's attorney general

they called me threatening me about some payday loan and they said they had a case against me i was going to jail he said his name was peter clark and they even called me at work they had my info and wanted me to verify it since i didn't he said that he was going to send me to jail

I have had the same thing happen to me.  They started to call about 2 weeks ago from 904-239-3969. Stating that they we from a law firm and that I never paid a payday loan and that now I owe $5000 and that I would be arrested the next day. They had all of my info, my cell and work numbers, my address and my social and my references.  They have called both my refernces, cell and work numbers harrassing me.  I was never arrested and the phone calls stopped for about a week and now they have started again today from 201-234-4715.  These people are scam artists do not give them any info.

I received a call from Barry Jackson (thick Indian Accent) left a voice mail at work and also said I wish you luck.  I tried calling the number back but it is not in service.  I am so glad I googled this phone number.

o got the same call today at 6:45 am started calling last thursday...check with a few local consumer groups..totally sounds like a scam..the name he gave me was shaun taylor..but when i asked for valid information from who i suppose to owe the money to..they could not give me any in..very nasty people....i inforred them i will be filling complaints..they give you an address which is not valid if you insist..

I first received a call from this number yesterday..first they called my cell and left a voicemail and then immediately called my work. They said I owed money from a National Payday Advance loan. The guy claimed his name was Max and he was from an attorney's office. I knew immediately it was a scam. No attorney's office is rude and threatening. I kept hanging up on him and he kept calling back and screaming at me asking me are you crazy? Do you know who you are dealing with? It happened again today. This time I let my coworkers answer. They said I know longer worked there and the guy called her a liar and threatened her. Another coworker answered and did not say anything..this happened 3 times, and on that last time he was screaming because no one responding made him made.;.he then said you are an A**hole. They didn't call back after that. I called the sherrif's office in Essex county where this number is based. They directed me to the FBI and then the FBI directed me to the FTC. I am very frustrated because this is fraud. The FBI told me they couldn't do anything because it was a phone call..if it had been email they would have done something. Anyway the FTC took my info and that was it. I wonder if he will call again tomorrow..I hope he does so I can tell him I know he is scamming and I reported him to the FTC.
