Out of area  number just called me and I answered as I didn't see anything posted here already.  Some guy asked for me by my first name.  I said "Speaking."  He introduced himself as "Carl" from some funding company I didn't catch the name of, then launched into a slick "As you recall, you were seeking..."  I cut him off immediately and told him "I wasn't seeking s**t."  He was totally taken off guard by this, then told me to have a good day.  Eff ewe I replied, then hung up.
