I got a call and they ask for my husband then hang up

keep calling, dont leave any msgs. finally answered and they asked for my husband, told them its not his phone and asked whos calling and they hung up on me

If got several calls from this number today, someone left a message saying that cashnet has filled a case against me because I owe them money, and to call them back right away or have my lawyer to call them back.  Also the person said not to disregard this message because I'll be sorry.  It's the biggest SCAM ever please do not give out any informaton you can also hear someone in the background telling the person what to say on the phone.

they keep calling telling me that i have a lawsuit against me. one time the guy in the background was laughing. then they keep calling and hanging up when i answer. I have never had dealings with cashnet or whatever they are.

They keep calling...saying they are going to have me arrested for defaulting on a cash loan that I NEVER obtained OR asked for from this company.  I answered again today, as they have started back up..I told them they had the wrong number and the guy said, "Can I ask you a question.  Will you............"  THEN A DISGUSTING HORRID REMARK CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH!  I hung up and am trying to figure out how to report these people!
