This has nothing to do with the 'do not call' list. These are scammers from another country. They don't obey laws. No politician can fix that for you.

the do not call registry is used by LEGITIMATE companies not scammers. THE DNCR does not prevent people from calling you

These are scammers from another country. They're criminals. Criminals don't obey laws or lists. The 'do not call' list keeps you from being bothered by legitimate businesses that operate legally. When it comes to criminals, you're on your own.
