called around 8:10 AM. Must have been either a RoBo call or they didn't want to deal with my Sentry plug and block. Either way they are now blocked

They call with an automated massage offering to reduce your electric bill. I waited to hear the whole message and options. At the very end of the recording, there's an option to have your number removed but the call drops if you wait that long, leaving with no real option to request removal of your phone number. If you press "1" to find out more info, a person picks up and immediately asks "how much are you currently paying on your electric bill." When you ask for their company name, they hang up. If you call back the number, the call doesn't go through.

Dont ever press a number to be removed.

Caller ID was "Hackensack NJ."  No message left.  Presumed telemarketer.
