It's both on my call and home phone. I have caller ID on my home phone and the same number appears. I actually spoke with someone and gave them my po box to get their info. I received the info.

Just got the call on my cell. I don't have AT&T. Listened to the first three seconds and hung up. They did leave a message, but I'm not wasting minutes listening to it.
