I got a call from this number yesterday [used *69 to get it].  They guy said he was calling on behalf of my car insurance company [provided me the correct insurance name] and wanted to do a brief survey on my satisfaction with medicial payments from this company for a recent car accident.  Even though he had the insurance name correct, the details did not fit my situation correctly.  I refused and he said ok and hung up.  Sounds like a ploy to get personal information if you ask me.

Got the same call, caller id said Hackensack, New Jersey.

got a call on my AT&T cell, I couldn't get to my phone so I picked up late. Didn't leave voice message, when I tried calling back there was just a weird tone...

This number (201-221-3014) called me 7/22/08 3:53pm cst. Did not answer, no message.
