I recevied two calls from this number without a message being left.  I called the number back the next day to find out who it was that was calling me and why and the person on the other end just kept saying that they could not hear me.

Harassing calls from this #......can't understand what they are saying, and the hang-up  when returning the call.

twice does not leave a message
I called back  told him not to call me and he quickly in a Patel way Okay and hung up
You can file a phone complaint with the FCC on line
Just type in FCC and you can file online I did this with other calls
I really do not know why these types of people enjoy or make money on calling everyone's phone number
and just as I am typing here we go 866 269 1747 unavailable  picked up and no one and this is not the only 800 number I have received this month.
