A legitimate caller, fundraiser, charity should leave a message with their name, company name and valid call back number; otherwise they are rude, annoying, suspicious, lack proper phone etiquette, could be spoofed number, scammer or CRIMINAL. We NEVER answer ANY unsolicited call. Call ignored.
