Received harassing phone call from collector with indian accent.  Threatening to blow up my work building, making sexual remarks about my supervisor and my co-workers.  Threatening to tie up phone lines for 45 days, demanding payment for an old paid off payday loan.  Very hostile and would not provide his companies information. also used 521-203-0230, has multi-phone line dialing equipment.
