A man left a lengthy message on my ansering machine even though it states not to if you are selling a service or product.  It also asks them to put my number on their do not call list.  Looking it up I found that people that did call it back got an automated system or someone who just out and out refused to put their number on the do not call list of their company.  
The Federal and State governments need to boost up their prosecution of these companies.  I am getting calls at all hours and some days as many as twelve calls.

Received a call from this number but missed it. Called back and got an automated system that mentioned something about Research. Was transfered to a woman who said something about consumer advice. She asked if I had credit card debt. I asked what is this about. And then she hung up.
