They've been calling me every day for 2 weeks straight, no joke.  They always call around 5-6pm and don't leave a message.  I took my car (a Suzuki) in for service about 2 weeks ago so at least now I know who this is.  Still not going to answer it though.

I called the number back. It was a survey for American Suzuki motors (I recently took my car to the dealership for recall work). The recording told me to expect a call back in a day or two or to expect a survey in the mail.
No harm, no foul.

Thanks for the post - I took my car to Suzuki a week ago too.  So, I'll either answer the call if they call me back again or I'll fill out the form if they send me one in the mail.

Same as Brenda...recenntly had warranty service work on my Suzuki. Got this call today with no message, hopefully will get mailed a survey.
