Keep your eyes peeled as this spineless organization as well as many others like united recovery systems (Texas) are about to go down in multiple class action suits brought against not only the companies behind these cowardly calls but the actual individuals who work for them. We are in the process of organizing in all 50 states. These incompetent companies continue to violate the very laws and rules enacted by congress to reel in their unfair and predetory practices. We've identified a loophole in the penalty portion of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and we believe we can put a stop to thier menacing tactics with one crippling blow.
