I just filed a complaint with the FCC. This number has called at least once or twice every evening for nearly 2 months. When I redial the number I get a recorded message "the number is not in service." Hopefully everyone will report it. Go to  fcc.gov/complaints and register with them. The more complaints that are filed, the more likely this SOB will get caught.

Rec'd call today at 6:55pm.  Caller ID says NJ.  I did not answer, but when I called the number back it says the line is no longer in service.

It is very likely a rep. from New York University calling you. That's all I know, I'm not sure why the area code is (201) when NYU's numbers should all be (212).
