we have been getting this calls for the past 3 days- no answer responds. when we tried to call back once the 4 digit are dialed- the auto voice reponse is your call cannot be completed as dialed.anyuone know who or what company is behind this calls>?

they called me about the Michigan Tax Law just passed for gas money due to customers.
when I tried to call back,  the number went to cannot be dialed after the 4th number.....pissed as hell.
this is a scam and should be stopped.

They are selling electricity and violated my do not call registration.  "John" hung up when I questioned him.  The number is spoofed and cannot be called.  Alan
