This caller is Lowell aka dishonest debt co. Have called me repeatedly over the past 2 weeks. Don’t owe them anything yet they still harass me daily. They will lie and threaten you to get you to admit to a debt. Hang up & block them. Look them up on YouTube. It is a definite eye opener. Above all – report them for being threatening & dishonest. Their behaviour is intimidating and nothing short of fraudulent. If you must deal with them – request they send you proof of the debt that they allege. But seriously, search them on YouTube
